Darrel D. Ryland, A.P.L.C., began in May of 1978, with Darrel Dee Ryland as the sole practitioner. Since then, Ryland Law has steadily grown to four practitioners with over 100 years of combined experience.

D arrel Ryland founded the Ryland Law Firm in 1978 as a sole practitioner.

He practices primarily in personal injury, offshore accidents, real estate law, mortgage loan closings and general law. He was admitted to the Louisiana Bar in 1974 and also admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit; and the U.S. District Court, Eastern, Western and Middle Districts of Louisiana.

Darrel received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Louisiana State University in 1971. He earned his law degree (Juris Doctor) from Louisiana State University in 1974.

In addition, he was a member of the Honor Society: Phi Beta Kappa and was also named an Outstanding Young Man of America, 1975-1976. Darrel has served as Past President of the Avoyelles Parish Bar Association and is also a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Louisiana Trial Lawyers Association.

Darrel was born in Bunkie, Louisiana in 1949. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Avoyelles Parish Council on Aging. He and his wife, Amanda, are both members of the Calvary Baptist Church and enjoy traveling, hunting, and spending time with their family.

Joseph (J.B.) Treuting is focused primarily on the practice of personal injury law, with a concentration on insurance, uninsured motorists and Workers’ Compensation.

He was admitted to the Louisiana Bar in 1985 and also admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit; and the U.S. District Court, Eastern, Western and Middle Districts of Louisiana.

J.B. received a Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University in 1981. He earned his law degree (Juris Doctor) from Tulane University in 1985 and attended the Legal Clinic at Tulane Law School from 1984 – 1985.

He also served as Law Clerk to the Honorable P.J. Laborde, Louisiana Third Circuit Court of Appeal from 1985 – 1988. J.B. is a member of the Avoyelles Parish Bar Association, Louisiana State Bar Association and American Bar Association. He is also a member of the Louisiana Trial Lawyers Association and the Crossroads Inns of Court Executive Committee.

J.B. was born in New Orleans, Louisiana in 1958. He serves as Chairman of the Board for Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Avoyelles and is also involved in the CENLA Food Bank..

In addition, he is active in the CENLA ACTS progress. J.B. and his wife, Mary, are the parents of three sons. Mary holds a PhD and is a Professor of Psychology at Louisiana State University – Alexandria.

Danielle Soldani-Ryland is focused on areas of practice including probate, successions and family law.

She was admitted to the Louisiana Bar in 2006 and also admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit; and the U.S. District Court, Eastern, Western and Middle Districts of Louisiana.Danielle received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Louisiana State University in 2003.

She earned her law degree (Juris Doctor) from Southern University Law Center in 2006.

Danielle is a member of the Avoyelles Parish Bar Association and the Louisiana State Bar Association. In addition she has served as 2014 President, 2013 Vice-President and 2012 Treasurer of the Avoyelles Parish Bar Association.

Danielle was born in Alexandria, Louisiana in 1981. She is a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Moreauville, LA and is also a member of the Rotary Club of Avoyelles.

In her spare time, Danielle enjoys spending time with her husband, Stephen Ryland, and their daughter, Kate. The couple also enjoys traveling with their extended family.

He was admitted to the Louisiana bar in 2010 and also admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit; and the U.S. District Court, Eastern, Western and Middle Districts of Louisiana.

Stephen received a Bachelor of Science degree in Professional Studies from Louisiana College in 2003. He earned his law degree (Juris Doctor) from Southern University Law Center in 2010.

Stephen is a member of the Avoyelles Parish Bar Association and the Louisiana State Bar Association. In addition he has served as 2015 President, 2014 Vice-President and 2013 Treasurer of the Avoyelles Parish Bar Association.

Stephen was born in Alexandria, Louisiana in 1980. He is a faithful member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Moreauville, LA.

In his spare time, Stephen enjoys spending plenty of time with his wife, Danielle Ryland, and their daughter, Kate.
